Our role
OfferGrid USA is a business opportunity, resource, and offer-routing platform. OfferGrid USA is not a lender, insurer, payroll provider, benefits provider, plan administrator, law firm, tax advisor, or accounting firm, and does not provide legal, tax, payroll, insurance, lending, benefits, or financial advice.

OfferGrid USA is currently in a pre-launch state. Features, listings, availability, and partner relationships may change as the platform develops.
Provider and partner relationships
OfferGrid USA works with a network of providers, GRID Offer Partners, and affiliates. Relationships and arrangements vary by provider and partner. Listing, mention, or review of a provider or partner does not constitute an endorsement of any specific outcome.
Compensation structures
OfferGrid USA may receive compensation from providers, referral compensation, recurring participation, or other compensation structures where allowed and disclosed as appropriate. These arrangements do not change the price or terms a business receives from the underlying provider.
Affiliate relationships
Affiliates and partners may share links and resources related to OfferGrid USA. They are required to use only approved messaging and may not guarantee outcomes, savings, funding, tax credits, benefits, or any specific results. Affiliate compensation, if any, depends on separate written agreements.

Availability of any opportunity varies by provider, business circumstances, geography, eligibility, and review requirements. Eligibility and availability vary and are determined by the relevant provider, not by OfferGrid USA.
No guarantees

GRID Offer Partners
Submitting a GRID Offer Partner application or intake does not guarantee listing, placement, referrals, or revenue. Applications are subject to internal review and may be declined or modified at OfferGrid USA's discretion.
Donations
OfferGrid USA's stated mission includes donating 20% of company profits to nonprofit organizations. Profit donation commitments depend on actual company profits and may be calculated after expenses, taxes, reserves, and operational obligations. OfferGrid USA may update donation reporting, frequency, and recipient organizations over time.
