This Privacy Policy explains how OfferGrid USA ("OfferGrid USA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the OfferGrid USA website, intake forms, GRID account areas (Company GRID, Affiliate GRID, Admin GRID), referral links, and related communications (collectively, the "Services"). OfferGrid USA is currently in a pre-launch state and the Services may continue to change.

Scope

This policy applies to information collected through the OfferGrid USA website and forms, the Company GRID and Affiliate GRID account areas, the Admin GRID, transactional and follow-up communications we send, and referral attribution mechanisms we operate.

Information you provide

We may collect information you submit through forms or communications, including:

• Company or business name, website, and business details
• GRID Offer Partner application or intake details
• Affiliate or partner application details
• Notes, messages, and free-text comments you send us
• Consent evidence (text shown, checkboxes selected, timestamps, source page)

Information collected automatically

When you interact with the Services, we may automatically receive technical and usage information, including:

• Device and browser information, including user agent
• IP address or hashed IP, where applicable
• Cookies, similar technologies, and limited browser localStorage values
• Referral codes captured from URLs (for example, ?ref=)
• UTM parameters or other source/campaign data
• Page interactions, form-render timestamps, and basic usefulness signals

Account and authentication data

If you receive access to Company GRID, Affiliate GRID, or Admin GRID, we collect information needed to operate your account, including login identifiers, password reset and setup link activity, role assignments, and basic session and security records.

Email and communication data

We send transactional and operational messages, such as setup links, intake checklists, confirmations, follow-up messages, and account-related notices. We maintain delivery and error logs, an email send log, and suppression or unsubscribe records so users can opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.

Offer, referral, and routing data

When you submit a Business Scan or related intake, we collect the information you provide along with internal recommendation, review, and matching metadata, interaction events, follow-up requests, and referral attribution. Internal scoring and matching metadata are operational and are not displayed to the public.

Uploaded media

Offer-related images such as logos, thumbnails, and hero images may be stored to display offers in the platform. The offer-media area is intended for marketing imagery only and is not intended to receive personal documents, identity records, financial documents, or other sensitive materials.

How we use information

• Process submissions and inquiries
• Route reviewed opportunities, resources, and offer information
• Create and operate Company GRID and Affiliate GRID access
• Send transactional, operational, and follow-up communications
• Maintain referral attribution where applicable
• Operate, secure, monitor, and debug the Services
• Improve the platform and our content
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms

How we may share information

• Service providers and processors that support hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, error monitoring, and limited analytics as the platform develops
• GRID Offer Partners or providers, only when relevant to a follow-up, review, or request you have submitted or consented to
• Affiliates, limited to non-private information needed to acknowledge attribution when an attribution relationship exists
• Legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or safety needs where required or appropriate
• Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, if applicable

OfferGrid USA does not sell personal information for money. If we ever introduce activity that constitutes a "sale" or "share" as defined by applicable privacy law, we will update this notice and provide the opt-out choices required by law.

California privacy

Depending on OfferGrid USA's size, data practices, and applicable law, California residents may have certain privacy rights, which may include the right to know or access personal information, request deletion or correction, opt out of "sale" or "share" of personal information, limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Sensitive information

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through public forms. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Services, respond to and follow up on submissions, maintain referral attribution, meet legal and compliance obligations, prevent and resolve disputes, and maintain communication and security records.

Children

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
